Refund Policy

As part of the refund policy, the Organization and the consumers will be entitled with the below criteria's: 

  1. Customers can cancel orders before 7:30 PM (for next day) thru subscription section. 

  2. In case of damaged or defective product, customers can request for replacement or refund by contacting at +91 98619 25184 or write to us custcare@nisargabliss.com. In case of defective product, take a picture and share on WhatsApp with our Customer Relation Team. Customers are required to return the damaged/defective product via delivery agent next day for product/packaging/other investigation.

  3. In case customer has not ordered a product and it gets delivered to you, customer can return it. Please make sure that the product is not opened or used. Also, it is advisable to store the product in the fridge till our delivery executive picks it up.
